Can we choose our own music?

Unfortunately not. Due to copyright we licence each piece of music used in your film and that can be as many as 8 different songs. The soundtrack to your films plays an integral role in the creative process. Our films are very music driven, we endeavour to find the perfect song that will not only elevate your love story, but will compliment the vibe on the wedding day.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in South Wales but are happy to travel all over, we cover up to 100 miles round trip for free but if the location exceeds this then we ask for you to cover travel expenses/accommodation costs, depending on distance to home.

how many cameras do you use?

We use 2 cameras as a minimum, depending on space we may also set up a third camera angle for the ceremony and speeches.

how do we book?

Get in touch with us and we can check our availability and answer any questions you may have, this can be via email or we can arrange a virtual meet. If you choose to have us as your videographers on your big day then please let us know what package you wish to go for and we will then send you a contract for both parties to sign and and a non-refundable £500.00 deposit will be required to secure your date with us. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before your wedding. Please note, your date will not be secured until both deposit and contract has been completed.

is there anything we need to do once we have booked other than make payment?

Once you have paid your deposit and signed your contract, your date is secure with us. At this point we will forward you a link to a questionnaire about your big day, we ask you to kindly complete this questionnaire 4 weeks prior to your wedding. We will use this questionnaire to generate a rough plan of day and forward this to yourselves and your photographer (if applicable).

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured with public liability insurance, if your venue requests to see this, please let us know and we will gladly forward this directly to your venue.

how do you work on the day?

We want to be as unobtrusive as possible, for you to feel like we are guests (with big cameras). We understand for most people it’s a quite surreal experience having multiple cameras pointed at you all day so we do our best to put you at ease and have fun. We may take you away for a short time to capture portraits with your photographer but will get you back as soon as possible so you can enjoy one of the best days of your lives. We are simply there to document your day, not shooting a Hollywood film. We use minimal equipment and want to let your day play out as if we were not there.
